Refund policy

When purchasing a JB Custom Glove or any personalized item from JB Gloves, they are not eligible for returns.

 

If you purchase a gift card , that card will not be eligible for Cash refund or any type of refund for that matter. It is only redeemable for JB Gloves items.

 

Custom products can not be cancelled or returned. Due to the custom product being made specifically to your specifications we can not cancel , modify, or even return the order. Please make sure your design choices are verified and confirmed. Once the order is submitted we can not make changes to the order and we can not refund money based on any incorrect information on your order.
