Major thing I hear on a weekly basis is how fast can you get my glove repaired? That answer really depends on the workflow at the time but if it's local to me I try to get it done within the week. If i have to ship it back I try to have it done w/ in a week as well but w/ shipping both ways and then the work portion it could take 2 weeks or so. That's just standard information. A lot of the rush repairs are something that was known by the player or parent but then they never did anything about it till it was too late. Not saying leather / lace doesn't break when there are no signs of wear and tear cause that happens more often then one would think, but when it's known it needs to be taken care of before it's too late. Most players love their gamer and they don't know what to do when they can't use it in a game. They aren't comfortable with another glove and that's ok. You have to be comfortable with your most used tool in the game, if you're not that's a strike against you already. Confidence is key , whether it's at the plate or in the field with your glove. No confidence in baseball or softball is a scary path. Don't let lack of confidence start with your glove. That's your most important asset you carry, and yes it's more important than your bat! And it's definitely more used than your bat!
